Aaron has lost more than 100 pounds, but the rate at which he was losing weight slowed down late this spring. And in the last month, it stalled.
At his monthly weigh-in on Wednesday, Aaron didn’t lose any weight from June to July. But he didn’t gain any either.
In a Facebook post, he opened up about the number on the scale not moving. “I could pretend I don’t know why I didn’t make any progress, but I’m going to own this: I screwed up.”
But, as Aaron said, “I’m not beating myself up and I’m sure as hell not giving up. Today is an opportunity to get back on course and move forward.”
