NEWTON, Iowa — The second big weekend for the Iowa Speedway revved up Friday night.

NASCAR’s Camping World Truck Series speeds through Newton with the Ethanol 200.

Tim Peters trying to make it a three-peat.

Lap 62, Peters gets pushed in to the wall by Ron Hornaday, both cars smoking. Same lap. Peters not happy, bumps Hornaday sends him spinning and we have a caution. Peters finishes in 7th.

Final lap.  It’s 18-year-old Erik Jones, all alone and your Ethanol 200 Truck Series winner.  Ryan Blaney takes 2nd place.
