QUAD CITIES – The 4-seed Drake women cruised past top seed Illinois State on Saturday, 74-54 to advance to the MVC championship game.
Maggie Bair led Drake with 19 points, Grace Berg added 16.
The Bulldogs will face Belmont Sunday for the championship. Winner of Sunday’s title game earns the automatic berth to the NCAA tournament.
