DES MOINES - Same song, second verse.

Thanks to a second half where they outscored Iowa 33-15 Northern Iowa beat the Hawkeyes in game 2 of the Big 4 Classic, 56-44.

Iowa led the game 29-23 at the half, but another 2nd half meltdown dooms the Hawks.

10 players scored for UNI, led by Paul Jesperson's 10 points off the bench.  Mike Gesell led the Hawkeyes with 10 points, but Iowa shot just 28% for the game and made just 3 field goals the entire 2nd half.

UNI improves to 10-1 on the season, Iowa falls to 8-4.
