DES MOINES, Iowa — Just one day before the Iowa State Fair opens, Butter Sculptor Sarah Pratt puts the finishing touches on her 2015 butter sculptures.

This year the theme celebrates the 80th anniversary of the Monopoly board game. The butter cow is surrounded by a Monopoly board, dice, Rich Uncle Pennybags (a.k.a. Mr. Monopoly), and all the well known traditional Monopoly game pieces.

The sculptures can be seen in the Agriculture building at the Iowa State Fair from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., everyday through August 23, 2015.
