Bruce Nissen from Crispin Cider stopped by to talk about the apple and pear ciders that Crispin makes.  Cripsin Cider is one of the many vendors that are at the Beer, Wine and Food Expo this weekend in downtown Des Moines.

The sixth annual Iowa Beer, Wine and Food Expo is wrapping up in Des Moines.  The expo has over 100 booths to sip, sample and shop your way through.  The expo presented by Hy-Vee, is a mix of shopping, cooking demonstrations, education and of course, sampling of beer, wine and food.

The Beer, Wine and Food Expo will close at 8 p.m. on Saturday night.   The expo is being held at Hy-Vee Hall at the Iowa Events Center.

The expo will be open on Saturday night through 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 for those younger than 21-years-old or those not sampling wine and beer or $30 for the alcohol sampling tickets.
