WEBSTER CITY, Iowa- The Webster City Chamber of Commerce has brought back “Lighted Drive at Briggs Woods Park,” for a second year.  Businesses and clubs set up Christmas displays in camping spots at the park.  The displays include a huge nativity scene, and a snowman who is shivering in the cold. There is no admission charge, however, donations are being taken for a local charity.  The Lighted Drive launched this weekend in conjunction with small business Saturday. The display runs through the month of December.
