Salute to Veterans: Kenneth Essick

WHO 13 is proud to salute military veteran Kenneth Essick.

Kenneth enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1942. He served in World War II as an aviation ordinance man, inspecting and servicing bombs and ammunition. He served in Pearl Harbor, Fiji and the Russell Islands. After the war, Kenneth worked as a driver for Burlington Truck Lines until his retirement in 1979.
