The governor says a worker shortage is holding back growth in the state, but some say more would want to work for better pay.

Worker shortage is just one aspect of Iowa's economy. Georgia Van Gundy, the executive director of the Iowa Business Council, talked with Political Director Dave Price about this issue and some of the others affecting the state.
