A former school district official will be arraigned next month after being accused of falsifying safety inspection documents on school buses.

Douglas Wessling used to work at the Galva-Holstein schools as the transportation director.

Court documents state that in September, Wessling falsified the repair documents saying the repairs to three buses were complete when they weren’t.

Superintendent Dave Kwikkel says the buses needed minor repairs.

Wessling is charged with three counts of tampering with records and will be arraigned December 6th.
