A horse owned by another group of Iowans will be on the national stage, Saturday.

Ankeny owned Cozzetti will run in the Preakness Stakes at Pimlico Racecourse in Baltimore.

This is the first time that two Iowa-owned horses have competed in Triple Crown races in the same year.

Iowa-owned Dullahan came in third at the Kentucky Derby.

Cozzetti will have tough competition.  He’ll race against Derby winner I’ll Have Another and second place derby finisher Bodemeister.
