Unless you’ve been to Minnesota or New Jersey lately, you are not an overnight multi-millionaire.

Three tickets matched all the numbers in Wednesday night’s Powerball drawing. The jackpot was $448 million.

The winning numbers were 5-25-30-58-59 with the powerball 32.

One ticket was sold in Minnesota and two were sold in New Jersey.

Wednesday’s jackpot was the fourth largest lotto jackpot ever.

People were snatching up tickets up the last minute. Iowans spent more than $3.1 million on Powerball tickets for last night’s drawing, with more than $2 million being spent Wednesday alone.

From 5:00 to 6:00 Wednesday night, tickets in Iowa, were selling at a pace of more than 4,000 per minute.

The Hy-Vee store on Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines was so busy, the computer crashed at one point. Lottery players still waited in line. They had great plans for the millions.

Some said they’d retire and help out their kids and others said they’d take a vacation.

Almost everyone also told us they’d give a lot of it away.

There are some winners in Iowa. More than 43,000 players in the state won prizes ranging from $4 to $40,000.
