DES MOINES, Iowa–Three presidential candidates have agreed to sit down for a live, one-hour televised forums with Iowans where they will discuss three of the most pressing issues.

The Iowa Forums will kick off Tuesday, November 17th, with Republican Ben Carson, who leads his field in statewide polls in Iowa. Carson, a famed neurosurgeon, will focus on education.

The next day, Wednesday, November 18th, two-term Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, who has been rising in the polls in Iowa, will answer questions on health. Jindal, a former Congressman, has already released his plan to improve the nation’s health care system.

On the third day, Thursday, November 19th, billionaire businessman Donald Trump will give his solutions on improving the economy. Trump has promised to help get more Americans working and have higher-paying jobs.

Iowans can submit questions through social media for the candidates to answer. They can also ask questions in person at the town hall events.

WHO-HD is partnering with Des Moines Area Community College, which is hosting the events. Channel 13’s Political Director Dave Price will moderate the discussion.

WHO-HD will carry the events live during the Channel 13 News at 4. You can also watch live at who13.com and the 13 Now mobile app.
