DES MOINES, Iowa -- Newsflash: not all Iowans are satisfied with the two major party nominees for president this year.

National polls show Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are the two most unpopular presidential nominees in modern polling.

The Channel 13 "Cast Your Kernel" booth backed up that unpopularity.

Here are the latest results in our unscientific poll for president.

This is an assortment of opinions people expressed while they looked at their choices of Clinton and Trump at the booth:

"Both of them I see integrity as an issue."

"I'm going to abstain."

"Scary as hell."

"Very limited. Not very good."

"I don't even think that I'll vote this year."

To be fair, those opinions were expressed by the vocal minority. After all, tens of thousands of people have voted for Clinton and Trump. But fairgoers, at least some of them, say they are looking at alternative party candidates like Libertarian Gary Johnson and Green Party nominee Jill Stein.

"Someone we can vote for that we feel won't let us go to bed at night going, 'how could we do that?'" said Asa Cope of Oskaloosa.

He and his wife, Jennifer, plan to write in 2016 Iowa Republican Caucus winner, Ted Cruz, the United States Senator from Texas.
