It is Primary Day in Iowa.  The polls are now open across the state.  Tonight at 9pm the polls close and the general election ballots could be set or the parties could be heading to a convention.


You can register to vote at your polling place today but for the first time you must have an ID.  Here’s everything you need to know if you’re registering today.

Don’t know where your polling is?  The Secretary of State’s website can help you find it and answer all of your primary voting questions.


Five Democrats are challenging for a spot opposite Kim Reynolds and Democrats are holding primaries to challenge each of Iowa’s three Republican Congressman.
