DES MOINES, Iowa — For the first time, 17-year-old Iowans can participate in the caucuses if they will be 18-years-old by the time the general election takes place thanks to a new state law. Channel 13’s Whitney Blakemore sat down with a 17-year-old Roosevelt senior to chat about teen voters and their participation in the electoral process.
