Police Investigating Third Git-N-Go Robbery

DES MOINES, Iowa — Authorities are investigating a third robbery at a convenience store this week.

Police say a man with a knife robbed the Git-N-Go on East Euclid Avenue about 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Witnesses told police the man ordered the employees to the floor before taking money from the cash register and safe. Police believe the suspect may have also held up the two other Git-N-Go stores earlier this week.

A security camera at the Git-N-Go on Northwest Second Street caught images of the suspect during Monday’s robbery.

The suspect is described as a white man, 5’ 9” with a slender build.
