PHARMACY ROBBERY: Indianola Man Arrested

Indianola police arrested an alleged robber Friday.

Police were called to a Medicap Pharmacy at 3:30 p.m. after a man gave an employee a note saying he had a gun and wanted drugs.

The employee told police the robber looked familiar and gave them a name.

Thirty minutes later police pulled over Christopher Cornell.

Police say Cornell admitted to robbing a small amount of prescription drugs from the pharmacy.

Cornell is now in the Warren County jail charged with second degree robbery.
