PARENTS ARRESTED: Two Incidents Of Kids Left In Cars

Two people are charged with child endangerment, in connection with two separate incidents involving children left alone in vehicles.

Waterloo Police arrested 29-year old Thomas Zehenter after finding a 3-year old girl in a car, with the windows rolled down slightly. Police say she was left alone for about 15 minutes.

A few hours later, Waterloo Police arrested 22-year old Ecstacy Marshall. They say she left a six month old and a six year old in a van, parked at a Walmart. Police believe those children were alone about 30-minutes.

Family members are now caring for the children.
