It’s cold.
So cold that schools close, cars break down and beards freeze off. Well, at least for one Des Moines man.
Brian Hogan had water sprayed on his whiskers. It didn’t take long for it to freeze before a barber from Franklin Plaza Barber Shop got creative in the sub-zero temperatures. What remains looks part animal, part face wig. Watch for yourself. Brrr.
