Northern Iowa Man Arrested on 10 Counts of Sexual Exploitation

SPIRIT LAKE, Iowa – The Iowa Division of Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested a Spirit Lake man after nearly two years of investigating.

Chuck Juhl, 41, was arrested Monday for sexual exploitation of a minor.

Juhl was charged with 10 counts of purchasing/possessing material depicting a minor in a sexual act. The investigation into the case began September 2014.

Juhl was transported to Dickinson County Jail on $20,000 bond.

This investigation involved the Dickinson County Attorney’s Office, Arnolds Park Police Department and the Spirit Lake Police Department.
