The city of Bondurant is celebrating a milestone Friday, the town is getting its first grocery store.

The Brick Street Market and Cafe holds its grand opening Friday night. The ribbon cutting is set for 4:30 p.m. and a wine and cheese tasting follows at 5:00 p.m.

The market cost about $4.5 million to build and will employ about 60 people. The store is owned by Brian and Mary Loese. In 2012 the couple won a $202 million Powerball jackpot.

In keeping with that theme, the grand opening will feature prizes from the Iowa Lottery.
