DES MOINES, Iowa – 172-market rate apartments are planned in 2016 for an area near Principal Park in Des Moines.
The Neighborhood Development Corporation, a non-profit committed to revitalizing under-developed areas of the city, presented plans to the Des Moines Urban Design Review Board this week for Dunham Square, a multi-family development located on the east side of Indianola Avenue, with Jackson Avenue on the north and Dunham Street on the south.
Developers say the project would include two four-story apartment buildings along Indianola Avenue, and a two-story structure facing South Union Street. Once completed, the development would be sold to TMG Properties LC.
