The cases of cyclospora infections in Iowa are now up to 127.

The Centers for Disease Control has set up a new webpage for the outbreak.

In all, there have been over 250 cases in Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Texas. At least 10 people have been hospitalized due to the parasite which attacks the digestive track.

Authorities haven’t pin-pointed the source but say it’s likely a fruit or vegetable.
