A passenger plane out of Des Moines was forced to make an unscheduled stop in Omaha Monday night because of a medical emergency.

According to WOWT out of Omaha, the pilot became unconscious during the flight. Two nurses on board helped during the incident.

The plane landed at Eppley Airfield in Omaha at 9:30 p.m. by the co-pilot without any problems. The plane was headed to Denver.

It’s not clear what exactly happened to the pilot.
