Des Moines Public Library (WHO 13)

DES MOINES, IOWA — The Des Moines Moines Public Library announced Wednesday that it will require all patrons to wear masks, beginning immediately, due to the CDC designating Polk County as an area of high transmission of COVID-19.

The library says that masks will be required regardless of vaccination status. Iowa has seen a surge in COVID-19 cases in recent weeks fueled by the spread of the delta variant of the virus.
