MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa -- Marshalltown police are asking the public to help locate a teen who hasn’t been seen since February.

Seventeen-year-old Jacqueline Hernandez-Cerna was reported missing by her family. She was last seen on February 13th. She left a message for her family saying she was leaving to live with a friend and would contact them after she was settled.

Hernandez-Cerna left with all of her belongings and her 15-month-old baby.

Her family thinks she may be in the Des Moines area or may have gone to Mexico with her boyfriend Yonny Sanchez, who is prohibited by a protective order from contacting her.

Hernandez-Cerna is a Hispanic female with brown hair and eyes. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds.

If you have any information about her location you’re asked to contact the Marshalltown Police Department at 641-754-5725.
