KNOXVILLE, Iowa — Police say two teenagers were behind a bomb threat at Knoxville Middle School.

Police first learned about the threat Thursday night and quickly determined it wasn’t credible.

Friday they arrested two eighth grade students. The 13 and 14-year-olds are both charged as juveniles with conspiracy to commit terrorism.

Classes were held as scheduled Friday.
