Diversity on Iowa Campuses: Continuing the Conversation

Des Moines, Iowa — Iowa State University is the largest school in the state with enrollment topping 28,000 students. However just 800 of those students are black, and 73% of the campus is white.

ISU is not alone among colleges and universities in Iowa in this case. Jodi Long spoke with diversity leaders at three Iowa schools and looks at the demographics both among students and faculty members on campus.
