David Flores is scheduled to be in court, again. This will be the second time in the past week.
Flores is set to be arraigned Monday morning for fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is accused of throwing a rock at a car and damaging it in July.
Flores was convicted of first-degree murder in 1997 but was granted a new trial in 2011 when new evidence was discovered. He agreed to a plea deal that let him out of prison in exchange for the time he had already served.
Flores has been dogged by legal problems since he left prison.
He appeared in court last Thursday on charges of domestic abuse.
