ARTHUR, Iowa — Authorities are investigating an explosion at a northwestern Iowa ethanol plant.

It happened in Arthur at the Flint Hills Resources plant Thursday night around 8:15 p.m. Officials say the explosion happened in a grain dryer.

No one was injured and the damage is limited to just a portion of the plant.

Authorities say the facility will remain closed while the cause of the explosion is investigated.
