Drivers on Interstate-35 near the Merle Hay exit drove past a flaming car this afternoon.
The car fire started around 4:30 p.m.
Firefighters said the two people inside the car had no idea it was on fire until other drivers told them. Officials said the fire started in the engine but it’s unclear as to what caused it.
No one was injured from the fire.
