LAS VEGAS, Nevada – Surveillance cameras on a Las Vegas school bus recorded the driver sexually assaulting at least two students, KVVU-TV reports.

Las Vegas police arrested 55-year-old Michael Banco, who drove the bus that transports about 20 elementary and preschool students.

Police said the grandmother of one of the students was alerted to the assault afterher granddaughter said that Banco had put his genitals in her mouth.

The report prompted police to obtain surveillance video from the school bus. The video showed Banco hugging, kissing and in various sexual positions with the girl on at least two occasions. A second student is seen being assaulted in a third video. In all three cases, Banco helped the students off the bus after the assault ended.

Police said the three incidents happened while other students were still on the bus.

Upon his arrest, Banco declined to be interviewed by detectives and requested an attorney. His home and school bus were also searched. Police said they were still trying to determine for how long the assaults had been happening.

Banco has been charged with 19 counts, including sexual assault of a child under 14, lewdness, child abuse and sexually motivated kidnapping.
