Governor Branstad’s second Bullying Prevention Summit will begin Monday.

The highly anticipated summit will be held at the Hy-Vee Hall.  Last year’s sold-out event attracted nearly 1,200 people.

A number of speakers are lined up to speak at the event, including Keynote Speaker Emily Bazelon.  Bazelon wrote Sticks and Stones, a book that covers bullying on a national scale.

Registration for the event has closed, but the activities from the summit will be available online.   You can watch the Bullying Summit from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Monday from the summit website.
