Autopsies on two people found dead in a Boone home last week have confirmed what police initially believed to be true, but they’re still waiting for answers.

Forty-seven-year-old Lisa Kurth and 56-year-old David Morrison were found dead last Friday after police responded to an emergency medical call at 2149 Cedar Street.

Police say there were no obvious signs of trauma to the bodies and autopsies completed Tuesday confirmed that information.

The final autopsy report is pending toxicology results, which officials hope will yield a cause of death. The test results could take up to six weeks to come back.
