An Iowa dog breeder who made the Humane Society’s Horrible Hundred list is no longer in business.

Channel 13 reported on Debra Pratt’s breeding facility in May. It received numerous fines for violations ranging from neglect to failure to provide veterinary care.

A hearing to address those violations was scheduled for Tuesday.

Instead, Pratt and the Iowa Department of Agriculture reached a settlement agreement.

Pratt must pay a $7,200 fine – one of the largest in Iowa history – and relinquish her license for three years.
