ARSON TRIAL: Firefighter Found Guilty

A former volunteer firefighter faces up to 10 years in prison for arson.

A jury found 19-year-old Brett Graham guilty of second degree arson. He used to work with the Kelley Fire Department.

Officials say Graham set a barn on fire in January. He’s scheduled to be sentenced on July 19th.

He is also accused of setting three fires in Story County. The trial for those charges are also scheduled for July.
