MAHASKA COUNTY, Iowa — Three youths were killed in an automobile collision, Thursday afternoon.
Jamie Singletary, 16, of New Sharon was driving a Pontiac Sunfire when the car collided with a truck, driven by Shawn Schippers. Singletary was killed along with Carson Singletary, 13, and Christian Singletary, 10, all of New Sharon. Schippers, 41, was uninjured.
The North Mahaska school district will have grief counselors available at the school on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
