What’s Cooking: garlic mashed potatoes

Nothing says Thanksgiving like mashed potatoes! Kid Cook Cathryn shares her soon-to-be-famous recipe.

First, you boil 2 ½ pounds of peeled potatoes.

Add:

1/3 cup milk

 2 tbsp of sour cream

4 tbsp of butter (preferably garlic and parsley butter).

 1 tbsp garlic salt

Finally, mash away and smooth out all the lumps.

Enjoy!
