Kid Cook Eleanor Richeson shares the perfect sauce to add to your grilled meat.
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. ground chipotle chile pepper
4 Iowa pork chops
Combine all ingredients except chops in a medium bowl. Reserve ½ cup of sauce.
Grill pork chops, turning once and brushing frequently with sauce mixture, until chops are done. Serve with reserved sauce for dipping.
