Artists have been working on a mural along the retaining wall of the Lauridsen Skate Park in downtown Des Moines.
Kami Rankin with Polk County Conservation and Nick Sullivan with Middle of the Map share how the community project got started. Artists Laura Todd and Maddy Fusco share the inspiration behind their parts of the mural.
